Does Browns offer a free delivery service?
As much as we all love a little bit of free delivery, unfortunately, this isn’t an available option when you shop at Browns. However, if your order is over £150, you are eligible for a discounted express delivery option from £8 to £5.
What is Browns returns policy?
Sometimes, an order you were excited about receiving isn’t quite right when it arrives so you need to return it. Browns completely understand this and try to make the return process as quick and as easy as possible. If you’d like to return your Browns order, you have up to 14 days to send it back (they recommend that you book their returns service within 7 days of receiving your order to guarantee that it will arrive with them before the 14 day period expires).
What payment methods are available at Browns?
At Browns, they have a wide range of payment options available for you to choose from at the checkout stage. They accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. They also accept alternative payment methods such as PayPal, and Apple Pay.
Can you track your Browns order?
You don’t need to sit by the window for days at a time waiting for your latest order to arrive at your doorstep when you can track all of its movements from your phone. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email which will contain all of your tracking information and link.
Does Browns have a student discount?
Unfortunately, Browns Fashion doesn’t offer a student discount code at this time but that doesn’t mean that they won’t in the future. We update our brand information on a regular basis so keep an eye on our page and we will be sure to let you know as soon as possible if, and when, a Browns student discount code becomes available.
