Is there a River Island discount code for NHS workers?
River Island wants to give back to those who give to us. So if you work within the NHS, Armed Forces or Emergency Services then you can sign up for a River Island discount through the retailer's Blue Light discount. Apply for a blue light card online at bluelightcard.co.uk or entire your code at checkout.
Does River Island do student discounts?
Students can receive 10% off all year round at River Island. Use your student discount through Unidays or Student beans for 10% off. The River Island student discount is available both in store and online all year round. The discount can be used on full price items and doesn’t include discounts on delivery.
Can you use River Island discount code in store?
River Islands blue light discount and student discount can be used both in store and online.
Does River Island do free delivery?
River Island offers free standard delivery when you spend over £50. You don’t need a discount code for this, free delivery is automatically applied at checkout when your basket is over £50. For orders under £50, standard delivery costs £4.
Is next day delivery available at River Island?
Yes, if you complete your River Island order on a weekday by 10pm. On weekends you need to complete your order by 5pm for next day delivery. River Island next day delivery costs £6.
What free delivery options are there on River Island?
If you spend over £50 you will automatically get free home delivery. For orders over £20 free click & collect to store is available. For orders under £20 the click & collect option is only £1.
How to return to River Island?
Unwanted items can be returned to River Island within 28 days of purchase. Returns can be made by post or instore. To return an online order by post, you have to first register your return through River Island’s site. There will not be a return note in your order. Instead you must use the River Island returns portal online. Then you have the option of returning via Royal Mail, Evri, Collect+, Asda and Inpost. Alternatively, you can have your return collected by Evri or take it to your closest River Island store.

Yes, UK River Island orders are free via the River Island returns portal.
How can I pay on River Island?
There are a number of payment options for River Island: Credit and debit cards, PayPal, gift cards and Klarna.
