What is the Body Shop’s return policy?
If you have a Body Shop item you would like to return, you’ll be glad to know that their returns process is quick and easy to wrap your head around. You have up to 45 days from your purchase date to return your item to the Body Shop. All items must be in their original, unopened condition and you will receive your full refund within 14 days.
Can you return your online Body Shop order in-store?
If you would prefer to return your online Body Shop order to one of their stores, you can do so. When you make your return, you will need to provide your proof of purchase along with your item in its original, unopened condition.
Are Body Shop products environmentally friendly?
The Body Shop has always focused on using ethically sourced natural ingredients in their products and has now taken the next step. Today, almost all of their PET plastic is made from 100% recycled materials with a significant amount of it coming from their fair trade partners, Plastics for Change.

Utilising this option means your order will arrive within 3 to 5 working days from the purchase date when you place your order before 2 pm.
Free Collection: If you want to get your hands on your newest purchase as soon as possible, the Body Shop can do one better than their express delivery option. If you opt for their free Collect In Store option, as long as your product is in stock, you can place your order and collect it as early as one hour later from your chosen store.
